Meet Our Team
Matt Gage
Owner & Project Manager
Matt joined his father, Steve, in the low-voltage business in 2013 at Precision FiberOptics. Since then, Matt worked as Steve’s right hand on every project and, in recent years, has become the forefront for Precision FiberOptics by running projects and employees. In early 2018, Steve announced his start of retirement and gave the option of ownership to Matt for the start of 2020. Excited, Matt took the deal and has started the transition to Precision Data & Fiber and is now the Owner and Project Manager.
Sydney Gage
Owner & Office Administrator
Sydney joined the team in 2018 as a Data Technician under Matt and Steve. Originally placed in the administration and sales side of the business, Sydney wanted to start in the field to have a better understanding of the products and services she was to sell. After working full-time in the field under Precision FiberOptics, Sydney moved to the office in 2020 to handle all administrative, financial, and marketing needs for Precision Data & Fiber.
